Scan notes, create reminders
Point your camera at a physical sticky note and StickiesToReminders reads the text and turns it into a reminder in Apple Reminders. All on your device, completely offline.
Point your camera at a sticky note, or pick one from your photo library. The app detects the note and reads the text — handwritten or printed, on any color paper.
All text recognition uses Apple's Vision framework, right on your device. It handles messy handwriting surprisingly well — and nothing is ever uploaded.
See exactly what was detected and fix any misreads before converting. You stay in control of every word that becomes a reminder.
Created reminders go directly into iOS Reminders and sync across your devices via iCloud. Set due dates and lists exactly as you normally would.
Prefer to type? Add a sticky manually whenever you like — no scanning required. Great for a quick thought you don't want to write on paper first.
No internet connection, no account, no tracking. Your sticky notes stay in the app sandbox and your photos are never uploaded. Clear app data any time.
Open the app and scan a sticky note with the camera, or import one from your photo library.
The app detects the note and recognizes the text on-device, handwriting and print alike.
Check the detected notes and edit the text to correct any misreads before saving.
Tap to turn them into reminders — they appear in Apple Reminders, synced across your devices.
Your notes stay yours. StickiesToReminders has zero network connectivity — it works entirely offline and never connects to the internet. Photos you scan are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Recognition works best with good light and a steady shot framing just the note. After scanning, every detected note is editable — tap the text and fix any misreads before you convert it to a reminder.
The app looks for a note-shaped region with some contrast against the background. A plain backdrop and even lighting help. You can also crop the photo to the note before importing, or type the sticky in manually.
Reminders are created in Apple's Reminders app, so StickiesToReminders needs Reminders permission — enable it in Settings › StickiesToReminders if you declined. New reminders land in your default Reminders list and sync via iCloud.
Completely. There's no account and no network connection at all — text recognition runs on-device with Apple's Vision framework. The app is fully usable in airplane mode.
Photos are processed on your device and are never uploaded anywhere. Sticky metadata is saved locally in the app sandbox, and you can remove it any time from Settings › Data › Clear All Data.
Yes. Add a sticky manually whenever you like and turn it into a reminder the same way — no camera required.
